We want the very best for our customers and workers. That is why it is important that we facilitate our colleagues as much as possible. For them, the terms of employment, housing, tools, work clothing and cars must be well arranged. If we do that well, they perform better! And in the meantime, the next car is getting ready to be delivered to one of our colleagues!
Wij willen het allerbeste voor onze klanten en uitzendkrachten. Belangrijk is daarom dat wij onze collega’s zo goed mogelijk faciliteren. Voor hun moeten de arbeidsvoorwaarden, huisvesting, gereedschappen, werkkleding en de auto’s goed geregeld zijn. Als wij dat goed doen, presteren zij beter! En ondertussen staat er al weer een auto klaar om afgeleverd te worden aan één van onze collega’s!
Over the past few months we have completed an amazing project in collaboration with various parties. More than 2,500 solar panels have been installed within the foreseeable period of time. The deployment of our workers, among other things, has enabled us to catch up with a delay of 7 weeks. A very satisfied customer!
In de afgelopen maanden hebben we een waanzinnig mooi project opgeleverd in samenwerking met diverse partijen. Meer dan 2.500 zonnepanelen zijn binnen afzienbare tijd gemonteerd. Door onder andere de inzet van onze uitzendkrachten hebben we een achterstand van 7 weken ingehaald. Een zeer tevreden klant!
Training…. Before our workers come to the Netherlands they are first of all trained. Quality is what it’s all about. We have a close connection with a training centre in Kaunas. This is where our scaffolders and insulators are also trained.
Trainen…. Voordat onze uitzendkrachten naar Nederland komen worden ze eerst getraind. Kwaliteit daar gaat het om. We hebben een nauwe samenwerking met een opleidingscentrum in Kaunas. Hier worden onze steigerbouwers en isolatiemonteurs opgeleid.
